Here at our Nashville office, we’re gearing up to paint, landscape, and generally help out at Sylvan Park Elementary school in a couple weeks.  We’ve recruited a team of 25 coworkers and family members for Hands On Nashville Day, and we’re looking forward to the camaraderie and the opportunity to do some good for the community’s kids.  read more »

The 3rd annual Microsoft BI Conference was held last week at the Morial Convention Center, in downtown New Orleans. It was good to be back in New Orleans. Having grown up in Slidell, LA, just across the lake from NOLA, it felt a little bit like being home. In addition, my sister took me on a tour of the areas worst hit by Hurricane Katrina. I finally got to see firsthand some of the devastation that still remains nearly 5 years later! However, it was encouraging to see the rebuilding that has happened and continues to happen.

The topic of “choosing a CRM system” has been a hot topic for some of my colleagues and like-minded professionals on LinkedIn and it created some discussion that you might find valuable.  I worked in the CRM industry for 8 years, so I understand how confused someone can be when they are suddenly told by their boss to “go find the best CRM system.”  read more »

I recently attended the OnBase Partner Conference in beautiful Tampa, FL. As a long time OnBase partner, my primary reasons for attending were to see the new products coming to market and how other partners/customers are using the tools. Plus, getting out of the Nashville deep freeze for a couple of days was definitely an added perk!
