Tennessee has ranked among the top 5 states for Best Business Climate for six out of the past eight years.  The state's No. 2 ranking for 2010 was determined by its performance in Conway Data's New Plant Database, which tracks new and expanded business facility activity, and a survey of corporate site seekers across the country.
