Caryn serves as the Practice Leader of Financial Consulting for the Healthcare Consulting Division at Lattimore Black Morgan & Cain, PC. She has over 28 years experience in healthcare including 16 years as a Chief Financial Officer to two hospital systems.

She concentrates her consulting efforts in the areas of Healthcare Operational and Financial Strategy, Planning and Implementation, Financial Feasibility and Analysis, Revenue Cycle Solutions, High Performance Management Services, Transactions including Mergers/Acquisitions and Valuations, and Hospital and Physician Integration Strategy and Implementation.

Caryn’s CFO experience has come serving a variety of organizations that range from small, rural hospitals to stand-alone community hospitals to large health systems that include physician practices. She has led teams providing superior support functions including revenue cycle solutions; process and systems redesign; strategic business planning; and, financial forecasting and payor contracting. Her revenue cycle experience includes not only patient financial services and patient access, but also health records and clinical documentation and case management. Caryn has successfully guided numerous efforts to secure financing for large capital projects for expansion of businesses.
