Josh Brummett
Josh is a Manager in the Valuation, Litigation and Business Acquisition/Disposition division at Lattimore Black Morgan & Cain, PC. His department annually performs over fifty business valuations, and they provide litigation services on a regular basis to private and publicly held companies. As well as being a CPA, Josh is also Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) and Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF).
Josh’s healthcare experience includes valuations of physician practices, ambulatory surgery centers, hospitals and various other types of healthcare companies. In addition to valuation, he has worked with healthcare companies for a variety of purposes including compensation studies, purchase price allocations, goodwill impairment testing, and economic damages calculations.
