David is a CPA/ABV, CFF, CBA; he leads the Valuation, Litigation and Business Acquisition/Disposition division at Lattimore Black Morgan & Cain, PC. In his thirty five years of public practice, David has invested his skill set into a strategic array of industry specific financial services. Today, he leads a department of ten people dedicated to litigation support and business valuation services. He is also responsible for the Firm’s merger and acquisition services having successfully represented over ten family-owned businesses transition to new owners in recent years resulting in over a quarter billion dollars to these families. David has built a professional staff that has been called upon to provide valuation services to both private and public companies. He and his partners have testified on complex financial issues involving economic damages, dissenting shareholder cases, valuations in divorce, forensic matters, intellectual property matters, unfair competition and other matters.
