Jim, a Certified Public Accountant, has diversified experiences that cut across industries. He serves private and public companies in manufacturing, distribution, transportation, services, non-profit, and utilities. Prior to joining LBMC, Jim spent approximately nine years with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.

Jim has provided a wide range of services to his clients. He has worked with clients on annual and quarterly reporting for private and public companies, initial and secondary public offerings, Sarbanes Oxley compliance, risk services, mergers and acquisitions, and to address other significant business issues.
