Jim, a Certified Public Accountant, joined LBMC in the summer of 2010 after a 28-year career with an international accounting firm. Over the course of his career, Jim has worked with a wide variety of both publicly-traded and private companies in the areas of accounting and auditing, mergers and acquisitions, and internal controls over financial reporting. Throughout his career he has built a reputation for excellence among clients and peers alike. Jim served clients in the manufacturing, consumer products and energy sectors including fifteen SEC registrants. He was a catalyst for Sarbanes-Oxley 404 compliance services for the firm and advised the firm’s teams across the U.S.
