Caryn, a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Information Systems Auditor, has over ten years of dedicated experience in information systems and operational auditing. Caryn’s project experience includes general IT and application controls, system development reviews, and security and compliance auditing in a variety of industries, such as healthcare and distribution.  Prior to joining LBMC, Caryn served in information systems auditing capacities for a Fortune 500 international healthcare company as well as a large distribution concern.  With this wealth of industry experience, Caryn has strong hands-on skills in the analysis of financial and business processes as well as the information systems that support those processes.  Caryn’s compliance related experience has included Sarbanes-Oxley, SAS 70, and HIPAA related internal control documentation and testing reviews for transportation, retail, banking services, manufacturing and healthcare related companies.
