Briana, a Certified Public Accountant, has over eight years of public accounting experience. Her experience includes providing accounting and tax services for clients in a wide range of industries including manufacturing, distribution, food service, construction, healthcare, non-profit organizations, and financial institutions. Services include tax return compliance, tax planning and consultation for public companies, large to mid-sized private companies and individuals. In addition, she has represented and assisted businesses with IRS and state examinations, ruling requests, change of accounting methods, and various other issues involving federal, state and local taxing authorities. She also has experience with consulting as to the tax and financial aspects of corporate and partnership acquisitions, dispositions, mergers and reorganizations.

Prior to joining LBMC, she was a tax manager at KraftCPAs, PLLC in Nashville, TN. Briana currently serves as the Nashville Chapter President-Elect for the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants (TSCPA) and is a board member for Safe Haven Family Shelter.
