Mark, a Certified Public Accountant, is a manager in LBMC’s tax services group and has significant experience within the manufacturing, wholesale, distribution and healthcare industries. During his 10 year career, he has been involved with both federal and state tax compliance and accounting for income taxes projects for several public and large privately held corporate and pass-through clients. Mark has experience in tax accounting issues, credits and incentives, mergers and acquisitions, and tax outsourcing engagements. Prior to his current stint at LBMC, Mark was a tax manager with a large national accounting firm in Madison, Wisconsin.
