Since joining LBMC Employment Partners, LLC in 2010, Ms. Hamblen has been working with 200 clients in our Professional Employer Organization (PEO) to implement a program called “Know Your Numbers”. The goal of the program is to encourage employees to have a physical exam in order to identify and reduce their health risk factors before major health issues arise. Since poorer health is the number one driver of high US health care spending, Tina will reach out to high risk individuals to assist them in meeting their health goals. Our business believes that improving employee health can positively impact worksite productivity and improve the quality of life for employees within small business.
