In February 1999, Ms. Powlus and two other seasoned HR professionals established Human Resources, Inc. (HRI). With a goal to build and maintain strong client relationships, HRI was established to provide human resource consulting and related services to organizations of all sizes, in a broad array of industries. In June 2001, HRI merged with what is now LBMC Employment Partners, LLC.
