Regina brings over 22 years of HR management experience and a diverse background in many different industries. Regina has been a successful HR Manager in manufacturing, retail, security and in the health industry. Regina has managed multi-site organizations throughout the United States and Canada in both a union and non-union settings. She has been successful in the most challenging situations, such as; start-ups, mergers, closures and emergency staffing for FEMA contacts. Regina is experienced in: benefit administration, employment law, payroll, employee recognition & retention, training & career development, diversity and safety training & workers compensation, just to name a few. Regina has proven herself to be a leader in Human Resources with a “customer first” mentality that allows her to create successful partnerships with the clients and employees that she serves.
