Diane, a Certified Public Accountant, has over 27 years of diverse accounting, tax and audit experience in various areas of individual, trust, estate, gift, partnership, real estate and small business tax, governmental and non-profit auditing and non-profit private industry. Her previous experience includes the Tennessee State Comptroller’s Office as an auditor, the CFO of a non-profit organization and for the past 14 years, public accounting with local and regional CPA firms.
