Mike, a Certified Public Accountant and Personal Financial Specialist, has diversified experience with a variety of industries including healthcare, manufacturing, distribution, construction, real estate, services, restaurants and others.  He frequently consults on business matters with closely held businesses and their owners, and has served as a consultant and expert witness for legal counsel with regard to financial issues.  He often works closely with clients in connection with the acquisition and sale of businesses and has been involved in providing investment advisory services to high wealth individuals.  His previous experience includes practicing with the Nashville office of KPMG, LLP.
