David is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Valuation Analyst and has diversified experience with a variety of industries and has experience in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, business valuations and investments. Prior to joining the firm, David was a banker with an international money center institution where his primary focus included corporate banking and the structuring of highly leveraged transactions. David focuses in the areas of business mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, including valuation related issues, senior financing and wealth management.
