Jeff, a Certified Public Accountant, is the partner in charge of tax services at LBMC and has extensive experience in delivering value-added tax services to clients with an emphasis on the healthcare industry. Over the course of his 24 year career, he has coordinated tax services to over twenty public companies and has been involved with numerous venture capital transactions and SEC filings. His experience includes working with a wide variety of healthcare entities that include healthcare systems, hospitals, ambulatory care centers, long term care facilities, and ancillary healthcare companies. In addition, Jeff has significant experience in mergers and acquisitions, tax accounting issues, state and local tax planning and tax outsourcing engagements. Prior to joining LBMC, Jeff was a tax partner with a national accounting firm.
