Mr. Loftis, a Certified Public Accountant, has extensive experience in state and local tax area including coordination, planning and management of sales/use, property, and payroll taxes within a large multi state corporate environment. Prior to joining LBMC, Mark was a Senior Tax Manager at Nortel Networks where he held various tax positions for twenty-one years. He also has been actively involved in state and local tax issues in the areas of electronic commerce, healthcare, telecommunications, and the high tech industry in particular.
