Emily Trader
Emily Trader is the Director of Transfer Pricing for the eight largest regional accounting and tax firms in the Southeast. She is a Ph.D. economist with over 17 years of transfer pricing experience including planning, compliance documentation, and a winning record in audit defense. Emily spent her first three years in transfer pricing with the IRS as a large case transfer pricing economist, an experience that helps her ensure that compliance documentation meets auditor's needs. After leaving the IRS, Emily worked for a national accounting firm as Principal, where she was heavily involved in transfer pricing for both state and local tax planning and international compliance and planning. Her industry experience is diverse and includes automotive supply industry, financial and health services, business process outsourcing, electronics, industrial parts, consumer retail, forestry products, paper and packaging, and pharmaceuticals and chemicals.
