Mr. Meade, a Certified Public Accountant, has over eighteen years of accounting and auditing experience with clients in a variety of industries with a focus on motor vehicle, equipment and heavy truck dealerships. His experience includes practicing as a manager with a national accounting firm as well as providing CFO/in-house CPA services to a multi-franchise/dealership group.

Mr. Meade currently assists dealership clients with assurance services and financial reporting and buy-sell transactions, negotiations with manufacturers, accounting issues consulting, internal audit support and internal control analysis, assistance with arranging financing and dealership profitability analysis. In addition, he is a frequent speaker to dealer and controller groups about these issues.
