Jessica is the Director of Human Resources for Lattimore Black Morgan & Cain, PC (LBMC), the largest regional CPA and professional services firm in Tennessee as well as the LBMC Family of Companies.

In her role at LBMC, she oversees the day-to-day operations and creating the overall strategy of human resources for LBMC’s six additional affiliated companies. Her duties include recruitment, onboarding, employee retention, overall employee satisfaction, performance management processes, guiding the LBMC, PC coaching program and serving on the steering committee of LBMC WIN (Women’s Initiative Network). In addition to her experience at LBMC, Jessica has significant expertise in providing human resources direction at a regional level including high volume staffing, employee and management development, relocation and succession planning. Jessica truly has a passion for identifying top talent and developing them into the thought leaders within an organization.
