Leisa is the Director of Marketing for Lattimore Black Morgan & Cain, PC (LBMC), the largest regional CPA and professional services firm in Tennessee as well as the LBMC Family of Companies. Gill was named the National 2004 Marketer of the Year by CPA Marketing Report, a CCH Publication and in 2008 was inducted into the Hall of Fame of the Association for Accounting Marketing.
In her role at LBMC she oversees all aspects of marketing for LBMC’s seven additional affiliated companies. While her duties are mostly comprised of the day-to-day marketing strategies of the organization, she also helps coach and mentor professionals to understand the role of marketing in professional development. She has diverse experience in all areas of marketing including services and product marketing, brand recognition, research, advertising, seminar and workshop development, newsletter publishing, proposal writing, presentation development, marketing plan development, surveys, public relations, website planning and implementation, event planning, meeting management and go-to-market strategies. In addition, she has had significant experience in marketing campaign design and implementation. She is the past-president for the national Association for Accounting Marketing (AAM) and is a frequent speaker for industry groups such as the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, NorthStar Conferences and Leading Edge Alliance and the Association for Accounting Marketing. In addition, her experience also includes working with a financial planning firm and a national publishing company of business newspapers.
