Mark, a Certified Public Accountant, is a Partner in our Accounting and Assurance Services practice in Knoxville. He has extensive experience with construction company audits, litigation support with accounting standards interpretations and consulting closely held companies on tax planning and potential buy-sell arrangements. His previous experience includes over 4 years with Ernst & Whinney where he completed numerous large audits of financial institutions and publicly traded companies.
