New LBMC Health & Wellness Program Where “Prevention is Key!”
I was recently hired by LBMC Employment Partners as the Employee Health and Productivity Manager.
Skyrocketing healthcare costs are affecting all of us with increased premiums and higher out of pocket expenses. Since 70% of chronic diseases are preventable, there is a new shift to identify those of us who are a high risk for future health problems. There are often no signs or symptoms of high blood pressure or cholesterol until a catastrophic event occurs. In order to better understand the inner-workings of Cigna's Customer Service, the LBMC Employment Partners team spent a day at the award-winning customer service facility in Chattanooga. LBMC Employment Partners and Cigna have always had a great relationship and this visit only strengthened the support that we have for each other.
