Joey Harwell, Director of Private Equity Services
Joey Harwell serves as the leader of LBMC’s Private Equity Services practice, which is focused on serving private equity firms and their portfolio companies at all stages of development. Joey, a Certified Public Accountant, has over twenty-five years of financial and general management experience, primarily in the manufacturing, distribution, and healthcare industries. His services to high growth companies includes financial modeling, due diligence, ongoing financial analysis, debt and equity capital, ownership transitions, turn-around and restructuring, and liquidation management. He also assists companies as an interim or part-time Chief Financial Officer. Joey has served in a variety of financial and executive roles in private equity portfolio companies, practiced with Arthur Young in the firm’s consulting services group, and with KPMG in the audit department.
