LBMC’s wins award for top standards in organizational health based on employee feedback fourth straight year
LBMC, one of the Southeast’s largest accounting and business consulting firms, proudly announces they have been named a 2016 Top Workplace by The Tennessean and TN Media. Not only did LBMC make the 2016 Top Workplace, but they were also named a Hall of Fame winner for consistently being named Top Workplace since the award inception. The Top Workplaces lists are based solely on the results of an employee feedback survey administered by Workplace Dynamics, LLC, a leading research firm that specializes in organizational health and workplace improvement.
The Tennessean's Top Workplaces were selected from the results of an employee survey measuring qualities such as company leadership, communication, career opportunities, working environment, managerial skills, pay and benefits.
