LBMC, one of the Southeast’s largest accounting and business consulting firms, proudly announces Andrew Eckstein, LBMC Transaction Advisory Services Senior Manager, has been named to Leadership Health Care’s Membership and Marketing committee.
Each year Leadership Health Care names select members of the Nashville healthcare community to serve in a significant capacity to promote the prestigious organization and its recruiting efforts. Andrew serves on this key committee as one of Nashville’s elite healthcare professionals.
Andrew brings over 11 years of professional experience in audit and M&A transaction services to his role as Senior Manager of LBMC’s Transaction Advisory Services practice.
Over the past 8 years, Andrew has led buy- and sell-side diligence engagements across a broad range of industries and deal sizes, including healthcare, technology, entertainment, printing/publishing, manufacturing, business services, food & beverage, industrial, specialty finance and distribution. Averaging 20-30 deals a year, Andrew’s industry expertise represents a portfolio of transactions in each industry. He specializes in quality of revenue analyses, proof of cash assistance, cash to accrual conversion, and working capital projections / negotiations. Since joining LBMC, Andrew has led many healthcare diligence projects for clients in a number of sectors including acute-care hospitals, behavioral health, urgent care, physician practice management, and dermatology.
Prior to joining LBMC, Andrew was a Director in Duff & Phelps, LLC’s Transaction Advisory Services group. After obtaining his Masters of Accountancy, Andrew spent three years in the Chicago office of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.
Andrew spends his personal time with his wife and two young children – with the occasional trip to the golf course or to watch the Predators when the stars align.
