Lisa was recognized by The Nashville Business Journal for standing out in her field, bringing her business to the forefront and helping others achieve success. She brings over twenty years of experience in public accounting and healthcare to her role at LBMC. Lisa is responsible for the firm’s transaction advisory service delivery to address the ever-changing needs of the healthcare industry and the firm’s clients.
Lisa has over ten years of experience leading healthcare M&A transaction services teams for both strategic and financial buyers. She has led and managed assurance and advisory services for healthcare companies, including not-for-profit, for-profit private and public entities. Her transaction experience includes leading multi-functional healthcare M&A teams serving on transactions ranging in size from several million to over $7 billion dollars.
Lisa was also named a 2015 “Women to Watch” by the Nashville Medical News. Nix has been named a “Power Leader in Accounting” by the Nashville Business Journal and has received the “Leadership Health Care (LHC) Volunteer of the Year” Award by Nashville Health Care Council, where she also served as an LHC Board Member. In addition, she was named one of Middle Tennessee’s “Accounting’s Finest” by the Nashville Post.
