Mike Cain, CPA/PFS, and David Morgan, CPA/PFS, are founding and co-managing partners of LBMC. They have lead the growth and vision of LBMC since 1984 watching the firm grow from 12 employees and one office at its inception to over 400 people across three offices (Nashville, Chattanooga and Knoxville) in 2009. Sid Pilson, CPA, is a leader in the Wealth Management Group of LBMC. He is widely known and well regarded in the accounting industry for providing high level tax planning services to high wealth individuals and their related entities. With 38 years of experience, Sid now works with many of Nashville’s leading corporate health care executives.

Danny Pressley, CPA, has served as a lead partner in the Knoxville office for over ten years. Through his commitment to quality service he is often considered as a true “partner” to many of his clients. He provides individual financial and tax planning services to his clients in a variety of industries.

David Wood, CPA, ABV, CBA, leads the Valuation Litigation and Business Acquisition/Disposition division at LBMC. He is LBMC’s premier financial issue expert in the areas of business valuation and litigation providing consulting services on strategic business matters of privately held companies. His department annually performs over fifty business valuations, and they provide litigation services on a regular basis to private and publicly held companies.
