John Bailes named Partner-in-Charge of LBMC’s Knoxville Accounting Services Department
February 2013, Knoxville, Tenn. – Lattimore Black Morgan & Cain, PC (LBMC), Tennessee’s largest regional accounting and business consulting firm, has named John W. Bailes, CPA, as Partner-in-Charge of LBMC’s Knoxville Accounting Services Division.
In his new role, John Bailes will oversee this growing Accounting Services Division for the Knoxville office. This department is the anchor service offering for LBMCWorks, a bundled business services program for small business. This department provides accounting services including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, financial statements, and consulting. LBMC Knoxville’s accounting services department has a dedicated team of 7 professionals.

He has diversified experience across industry lines including real estate, medical practices, construction, transaction planning and individual tax services.
John is a graduate of the University of Tennessee with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a focus in accountancy. He is an active member of Cokesbury United Methodist Church and serves in multiple leadership roles with the Holston Conference of the United Methodist Church and the Holston Conference Foundation. John also is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants.
