HITECH Readiness Analytics
This phase correlates to the HITECH requirements to your particular facility by gathering specifics concerning your current level of HITECH readiness. The goal is to clearly establish where you are now in preparation for developing your detailed HITECH plan. We conduct an inventory of your current technology to help identify upgrade options for HITECH and interoperability. We also provide surveys to help determine the availability of resources with the right HITECH skill sets , identify current workflow processes for affected areas, and inventory any existing meaningful use components.

Roadmap Deliverables
Our deliverables include a Preliminary Gap Analysis to identify specific “gaps” based upon the data derived from the technology, meaningful use and workflow analytics. We also provide a Preliminary Budget Analysis to outline the timing and amount of stimulus funds, expenditures that would likely be required, as well as financing options that might be available. We provide financial and compliance guidelines for staying on track throughout the phased implementation lifecycle.
