Prior to the meeting, we will help you (1) crystallize the issues that must be addressed, (2) bring the right information to the discussion room and (3) develop an effective agenda and, more importantly, (4) design an efficient process to work through the issues.

Summit Meeting Facilitation
To help your meeting run smoothly, stay on track and conclude productively, we provide a skilled, experienced facilitator to guide the session discussion. Additionally, if you desire an off-site meeting, we can host your meeting at one of the several state-of-the-art conference rooms at LBMC's corporate offices in Brentwood, Chattanooga and Knoxville, TN; or we will help you find a suitable facility in your preferred city, as well as arrange for the meeting-room amenities you need.

Graphic Recording and Meeting Documentation (sample above)
We use an innovative method to keep all of your meeting participants engaged and creatively stimulated by providing an experienced graphic facilitator. This person will help keep the meeting participants on track and — quite literally — “on the same page” by visually recording in real time the meeting’s discussions on a large (8' x 4'), in-room chart. The resulting mural highlights participants’ ideas through headlines, explanatory text and graphic illustrations. After the meeting, we will detail the proceedings in a written document that incorporates the key discussion points and graphic diagrams/illustrations provided by session participants.
