LBMC’s Valuation Advisory, Litigation Support/ Forensic Accounting and Business Transition Services Team consists of dedicated professionals with comprehensive experience that includes: valuations of companies, intangible assets, compensation arrangements for transactions and regulatory compliance purposes, and expert witness testimony regarding economic damages in disputes arising from breach of contract, unfair competition, infringement of intellectual property, fraud, and family law.
