Through these networks, we are able to identify and evaluate strong candidates who are not actively pursuing opportunities through typical means (i.e., classified ads, internet, etc.). These candidates usually come to us in the form of referrals, which we prefer. Our networks can provide our clients with those candidates they would not see, otherwise.

Our recruiting technology allows us to access candidate resumes and conduct searches based upon any skill set or requirement, along with a variety of other criteria, to identify and evaluate top candidates. Since everything is stored in a database, there is no risk of the perfect candidate "falling through the cracks," as can, and does, happen with hard copies of resumes. Notes are taken and available to any Search Consultant at any time. Moreover, our searches are also tracked within this database. At any time during a search, we can access the record and review the status of the search. We can see how many resumes have been presented, the date they were presented and any interview feedback. All the above creates an efficient, organized candidate search that will make any hiring manager's job much easier.
