As Search Consultants, we are more than just "resume pushers." Our goal is to develop a long lasting relationship with our clients. The first priority is to obtain a thorough understanding of the position for which we are recruiting. Through in-depth conversations, we help our clients identify the challenges ahead based upon position, experience required, current trends relating to salary and benefits, etc., enabling them to attract retain the best.
At this stage, our consulting serves to create realistic expectations to distinguish between those skills that are necessary to add value, and those that are on their wish list but will cost more or take a very long time to locate. Then, we work to find only the most qualified candidates. Our clients can rest assured that before any resume is presented for their review, the candidate is thoroughly interviewed and screened. Since we present only the most qualified candidates, you may receive only a few resumes at first. High quantity does not equal high quality.
We have an extensive network of contacts in each discipline.
Our affiliation with one of the largest CPA firms in Tennessee, provides access to extensive contacts in the financial, human resources and technology communities, which, in turn, provides us with critical strategic advantages over our independent competitors. Through these networks, we are able to identify and evaluate strong candidates who are not actively pursuing opportunities through typical means (i.e., classified ads, internet, etc.). These candidates usually come to us in the form of referrals, which we prefer. Our networks can provide our clients with those candidates they would not see, otherwise.
Our Consultants have actual work and/or recruiting experience in their respective disciplines.

We pre-qualify our candidates.

By taking the time to interview, check references, and by knowing the right questions to ask because of our backgrounds, we save you time and money. By the time the candidate meets the client, they are on their "second" interview due to us taking care of the initial pre-screen on your behalf.

You are given the opportunity to expound upon your responsibilities and reveal achievements. Because we take the extra time to get to know you, we have the information needed to strategically market your skills.

Our recruiting technology allows us to access candidate resumes and conduct searches based upon any skill set or requirement, along with a variety of other criteria, to identify and evaluate top candidates. Since everything is stored in a database, there is no risk of the perfect candidate "falling through the cracks," as can, and does, happen with hard copies of resumes. Notes are taken and available to any Search Consultant at any time. Moreover, our searches are also tracked within this database. At any time during a search, we can access the record and review the status of the search. We can see how many resumes have been presented, the date they were presented and any interview feedback. All the above creates an efficient, organized candidate search that will make any hiring manager's job much easier. We believe in providing an actual service that improves the search process and makes the best placements possible.
