Committed to Ensuring Customers Have an Amazing Experience with LBMC Technology Solutions

DeAnna Brooks joined LBMC Technology Solutions in January 2017 as a Client Success Manager. Her area of specialty is ensuring our clients have the best experience possible throughout their engagement with LBMC.  Due to the positive feedback we have received on her role, DeAnna was promoted to Client Care Manager in September of 2018.

As Client Care Manager, DeAnna will work alongside of LBMC Account Executives to ensure that client renewals go smoothly, she will engage with clients to solicit feedback on our services to ensure we really are creating a customer for life experience, and will provide education across verticals on best practices we have seen in our customer community. 

When not working, DeAnna enjoys the outdoors, boxing, mentoring young ladies and a great concert.

This is what we know about DeAnna…

DeAnna Brooks is originally from Las Vegas, Nevada, but is a Midwestern girl at heart. The oldest of six kids, she was raised in Rapid City, South Dakota, where she developed her stay-calm attitude and no-nonsense work ethic. Once DeAnna moved to Las Vegas, she began her career in the Hospitality and Events industry and learned from the best on what it took to deliver “white-glove” customer service. In her spare time, you can often find her out hiking or taking weekend road trips with her Boston terrier, Bugsy.


DeAnna, what are you passionate about?

"I am passionate about boxing and mentoring young ladies. I have been boxing since 2005, and find it a great way to stay fit and mentally sharp. In Las Vegas, I was heavily involved in Big Brothers Big Sisters and found the experience to be very rewarding, and last year I had the opportunity to merge the two interests by becoming a mentor to Emma, a 14-year-old girl who has discovered the love of boxing. It’s amazing what this sport can do to a young woman’s confidence. We have weekly calls to discuss her lessons and technique, and we also talk about what’s going on in her life at home and school. I am so lucky to be a part of her world."

What was the best concert you have ever been to?

"Hands down, Arctic Monkeys at the 2014 Life is Beautiful festival in Las Vegas. I become such a groupie when I attend their concerts!"

What’s the last book you read?

"Delivering Happiness: A Path to Profits, Passion and Purpose by Tony Hsieh. It was such a great read, and it really helped shape how I approach my job as a Client Care Manager. Whether it’s B2B or B2C business, people are people and need to be treated as such, and it’s important to have fun while you’re at it!"
