Microsoft Introduces new LinkedIn Solution for Dynamics 365 for Sales (CRM)!
Initially announced back in April 2017 and demonstrated at it’s Business Forward Event in May 2017, Microsoft has officially launched its new LinkedIn Integration for Dynamics 365 for Sales.
With this new integration to LinkedIn, Dynamics 365 for Sales (CRM) will empower the user to produce better outcomes with the relationship insight they’ll gain when accessing LinkedIn’s network of 500 million professionals. Specifically, LinkedIn’s Sales Navigator features and functionality are accessible right from within Dynamics 365 allowing users to:
- Leverage signals across email, CRM and LinkedIn to get contextual recommendations for the next best action within Dynamics 365 for Sales, facilitating introductions directly through the company’s network, and sending InMail, messages and customized connection requests
- Engage buyers with tailored content throughout the account lifecycle, and getting account and lead updates including news mentions and job changes
- Build strong relationships with existing contacts through access to LinkedIn profile details including photos, current roles and work history.
