Who is or was your mentor, and what’s the best advice they gave you? David Morgan once told me the hardest thing in business is to keep doing what you think is the right thing even when it’s not working.
If you had to take a three-month sabbatical from work, how would you spend it? Traveling with my family. Gina and I have two teenagers, and time with them is precious.
What is your favorite cocktail/beverage, and what does it say about you? Depending on the time of year a cold beer or a nice bourbon. I’m not too hard to please when it come to this.
What is one thing you know now that you wish you knew 10 years ago? How much real estate has appreciated in Nashville. My portfolio would look a lot different!
What is the biggest misconception about what you do, and how would you set the record straight? That it is all about the numbers. Developing trusted relationships, being engaged and willing to share insight is much more important.
