Endres, who has more than 20 years of human resources expertise in the corporate offices of Kraft Foods, Mars, Alliance Healthcare and Qualifacts, is being tasked with steering all human resources functions. As the Chief People Officer, she will be a key member of the executive leadership team, helping drive alignment of organizational strategy and the corresponding talent agenda.
