Brian Marynowitz Joins LBMC's Transaction Advisory Services Team

LBMC, PC, one of the Southeast’s largest accounting and professional services firms, has added Brian Marynowitz as Senior Manager in the firm’s Transaction Advisory Services group. Marynowitz is responsible for providing buy- and sell-side financial due diligence services for private equity and corporate clients.

LBMC’s strategic addition of Marynowitz comes at a time when the firm’s Transaction Advisory Services team has doubled in size to accommodate vast growth in the healthcare and manufacturing M&A space. “I am excited to welcome Brian to our Transaction Advisory Services team. His experience with a Big Four firm and in Transaction Services will be instrumental as we continue to expand this service line to problem solve for our clients in this ever-changing climate,” said Lisa Nix, Shareholder & Practice Leader, Transaction Advisory Services.

Prior to joining LBMC, Marynowitz was a Transaction Services Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers where he began his career. Marynowitz spent at total of eight years at PricewaterhouseCoopers, six of which were fully dedicated to Transaction Services. Marynowitz holds his master’s degree in accounting from North Carolina State University and his bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from Trinity University. A Certified Public Accountant, he is a member of AICPA and FICPA.
