Entering the third year of that relationship, LBMC Employment Partners provides HR compliance, hiring processes, payroll services, a direct HR Business Partner who is more like our team member to help handle day-to-day HR issues, and benefits administration.

“We received several positive comments on how LBMC Employment Partners understands the unique nature of a physician’s office staffing environment while bringing the general Labor and Compliance knowledge.” – Matt Newbill, Administrator/CEO

The Solution

According to the client, LBMC Employment Partners has been responsive to the needs of Cornea Consultants of Nashville when asked but has not been overbearing.
