Prior to recruiting, Debbie was SVP Finance/Controller for American Retirement Corporation (predecessor to Brookdale Senior Living), EVP/Controller for Response Oncology, Inc., a publicly traded healthcare company and a Senior Auditor in the Nashville office of EY. Debbie’s prior professional experience uniquely enables her to better understand her client needs and candidate goals.
