Alex Ivy, CPA, ABV, CFA®, ASA, is a Shareholder in LBMC’s Client Accounting Services division and is based in Memphis. With advanced credentials in business valuation and a strong background in finance and accounting, Alex advises clients on valuation, succession planning, forensic analysis, and complex financial matters.

He works closely with business owners navigating liquidity events, buy-sell agreements, acquisition due diligence, and divorce-related financial controversies. Known for delivering objective, data-driven insights, Alex is often called upon to provide expert testimony in legal and financial disputes.
