Ben Carver is a Shareholder at LBMC, PC, where he focuses on private equity and venture capital-backed companies in the healthcare and healthcare IT industries. Ben advises clients on federal and multi-state tax compliance, ASC 740 reporting, tax consulting, and strategic tax planning. His clients frequently operate in management services and friendly physician-owned structures, and he has deep experience with the nuanced tax planning those arrangements demand.
