Based in Nashville, Bob Miller is a Shareholder in LBMC ‘s Tax Division, specializing in business tax, corporate tax, and transactional tax matters. He has 30 years of experience helping businesses navigate complex tax matters, with a focus on healthcare, private equity-backed organizations, middle-market manufacturing and technology companies. His expertise spans transactional tax strategy, structuring for mergers and acquisitions, buy-side and sell-side tax due diligence, and income tax compliance for both public and privately held companies.

Throughout his career, he has worked with numerous Fortune 500 companies and high-growth middle-market businesses, assisting them in optimizing tax strategies for acquisitions, divestitures, internal restructurings, spin-offs, and IPOs. His experience includes leadership roles at nationally recognized accounting firms, including tenure as a partner in a Big 4 firm ‘s Transaction Advisory Services Group.
