Katie Graham is the Director, Healthcare Consulting – Healthcare Compliance Lead.

She works directly with medical practices and healthcare organizations.

Katie leads the firm’s healthcare compliance service line and provides assistance in the administration of best-practice standards to reinforce appropriate guardrails and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. She also provides Quality Payment Program advisory services pertaining to clients’ Merit-Based Incentive Payment System (MIPS) measure selection, reporting and overall performance, while strategically evaluating the potential effects on future reimbursement.

Additionally, Katie works to enhance the overall levels of efficiency and profitability of healthcare organizations by providing operational and revenue cycle consulting, EHR/PM selection and implementation, payor contracting, fee schedule analysis, ICD-10 implementation and training and other various consulting services.

With fourteen years of healthcare experience, Katie previously worked for a medical billing and consulting company, an outpatient imaging company and a regional accounting firm. In her previous roles, she served as the lead for practice management consulting projects such as operational and revenue cycle assessments, EHR/PM selection and implementation, community physician needs assessments, patient satisfaction surveys, payor contracting, Rural Health Clinic consulting, various benchmarking and more.
