Leah Boyd is the HRO/Project Account Manager with LBMC Employment Partners, LLC.
As an articulate and thorough Human Resource professional with many years of diverse HR background, Leah is skilled in the areas of recruiting, employee relations, compensation and training. As Manager of Corporate Human Resources for a $4 billion national retailer, she served as HR liaison to numerous corporate divisions. Leah maintains a focus on supporting employees while keeping sight of business objectives.
As Compensation Analyst for that same national retailer, Leah supported company-wide efforts to ensure competitive pay and equitable job relationships. She researched and analyzed positions to maintain equitable job relationships; conducted and participated in market salary surveys to facilitate analysis of external pay competitiveness; wrote and updated job descriptions; and ensured accurate payment of bonus plans.
Having been with Employment Partners since October 2000, Leah works with HRO and HR project clients to ensure HR compliance and best practices needs are identified and addressed. She brings a wide range of solid Human Resources expertise to our clients.
Ms. Boyd obtained SHRM’s Professional in Human Resources designation in 1998 and has received multiple certificates from the American Management Association.
