Lee is a Senior Manager in the LBMC Valuation & Litigation Support Services practice.
Lee holds a license in Business Valuation and Financial Forensics from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Lee’s primary areas of focus consist of commercial litigation/forensic accounting and business valuations across various industries. He assists with business valuations for tax planning purposes and performs financial and forensic analysis for commercial and family law litigators.
Commercial litigation in the following areas:
- Breach of contract
- Infringement of intellectual property
Fraud examination involving embezzlement by an employee which involved analysis of over 10 million transactions to identify over billings.
Gift, estate and income tax planning and reporting (valuation of businesses and business interests).
Lee is a graduate of the University of Mississippi receiving both his Bachelor and Masters of Accountancy. He has continued his education through ongoing continuing professional education programs offered by various professional groups.
