Based in the Knoxville office, Marc Tolleson, CPA, is a Shareholder in the audit division of LBMC, PC. Along with his career, Tolleson has provided services to a number of private equity-owned portfolio companies and has significant experience in mergers and acquisitions, with both strategic and financial buyers. As an audit services partner, he specializes in providing assurance and business consulting services for start-ups to companies with annual revenues of $1 billion.

Tolleson has deep experience helping clients deal with complex accounting matters including international financial reporting standards, purchase accounting, complex debt, and equity accounting, preparing financial models and projections, budgeting, forecasting, cash flows, and other financial analysis.
