An accomplished recruiting executive, Nate has built and led high-performing teams for Fortune Global 500 companies and consulting firms, specializing in retained and senior-level search. Before joining LBMC in 2025, he served with LHH, where he advanced nationwide recruiting initiatives and client partnerships.
