Rebekah Harney is a Partner and Chief Business Development Officer with LBMC Employment Partners, LLC.
She primarily works with potential clients to help them determine what LBMC services best satisfy their business needs. After clients come on board, Rebekah follows up to ensure they’re transitioning smoothly.
Rebekah joined LBMC in 2011, working in business development for the Nashville office. In October 2014, she became Business Development Director, overseeing all three offices (while still selling from the Nashville office).
Experience
Prior to joining LBMC Employment Partners, Rebekah received her funeral directors and embalmers licenses from John A. Gupton College so she could work in her family business. She continued her education at MTSU, earning her bachelor’s degree and then an MBA. Post-graduation, she immediately started working for LBMC.

Outside the Office
Rebekah and her husband, Justin call Murfreesboro home. In her free time she enjoys traveling all over and showing Tennessee walking horses, a pastime she’s been involved with since childhood – and incidentally, how she met Justin, who shares the same enthusiasm for it. They had their first child in November 2015.
